About Me

My name is Jo-anne Gauci and I am a fully qualified and fully insured Reflexologist based in Penylan, Cardiff. I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologists and have been since qualifying.

Originally coming from a very different background in Mortgages and Insurance, in 2009 I decided to take the plunge and turn my passion for all things natural into a career. Having had reflexology myself for a number of years and experiencing first hand the immense benefits it had on both my physical and mental wellbeing I decided to train with the Inspira School of Reflexology in Cardiff and it was the best decision I ever made! I feel very privileged that I get to do this as my job.

I believe that the mind, body and emotions cannot be separated when treating conditions and on this basis I very much look to treat clients holistically. I am passionate about the far reaching benefits that reflexology can have on the body and soul and hope that I can encourage people to truly embrace this fantastic treatment.

I am also a qualified Reiki therapist using the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of natural healing and like to incorporate this into my reflexology treatments to further enhance the benefits.
